PR & Comms Account Manager (B2B)

Location: Carshalton, Surrey (hybrid: 2 days office / 3 days home)

Salary: Up to £46,000 (DOE) with a bonus potential of £4k

We are seeking a dynamic PR & Comms Account Manager (B2B) to join our friendly and professional team in Carshalton, Surrey. Established for more than 50 years, we are currently the only agency to be a Platinum holder of the PRCA’s CMS standard – a hallmark of excellence in the PR and Communications industry.

As a PR & Comms Account Manager, you will create various forms of written content, including press releases, technical articles, advertorials, features, web copy, and social media posts. You will work to develop a deep understanding of our client’s products, technology, and brand to ensure consistency in tone, personality, and style across all written work. Additionally, you will manage the day-to-day running of accounts, build strong relationships with clients, pitch ideas and stories to journalists, collaborate with our design and digital teams to fulfil client briefs, attend client meetings and events, and provide support in event/exhibition management when needed.

Hours of Work: Full Time, Hybrid working.

This is a hybrid role (each week spending two days – typically Tuesday & Thursday – working from the agency’s office in Carshalton, Surrey, and three days working from home). You will be working alongside talented colleagues who regularly achieve record-breaking results for an impressive array of international blue-chip businesses.

PR & Comms Account Manager (B2B) Requirements:

  • At least two years in a content creation, journalism, marcomms or PR role (agency or in-house)
  • A passion for writing and delivering results
  • A good understanding of writing for different audiences
  • Excellent written English and attention-to-detail
  • Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Genuine creativity and strong interpersonal skills

Your portfolio of clients will include major brands within, predominantly, the animal health, veterinary, commercial vehicle and manufacturing sectors.
