A message from Mike Keeler

In 1966, after more than two decades working in media, my father decided it was time to go it alone. Together with my mother, he founded Garnett Keeler PR.
From the outset, the agency was built on the foundations that when PR is done right, it should be self-funding. That belief still guides us today.
Over six decades, almost all our growth has come through recommendations. Indeed, we have clients today who have worked with us for more than a quarter of a century, which is almost unheard of in our industry.
One client’s running joke is that the only problem with Garnett Keeler is that we never say no… and we always deliver.
That was ingrained in me during my first year in the agency, when the 1971 UK postal workers’ strike could have stalled our momentum. Instead, we ran our own overnight delivery service to get press materials into the hands of key journalists. Because when it comes to delivering for clients, you find a way.
As we mark 60 years, we’re proud of our heritage – but focused on what comes next. We don’t measure ourselves by size, but by the quality of the work we deliver and the calibre of the clients who choose to work with us.
